Refundable damage deposit

A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The 3 bedroom stunning apartment is spacious, modern, 5 minutes from Queen’s Medical Centre  campus of the Nottingham University Hospital . 10 minutes drive to Nottingham city centre . Omega  Apartments hold a strict policy regarding privacy when staying with us, trust is key.  The apartment offers FREE hi- speed WIFI, complete with integrated appliances and an excellent size living space with double bedroom The main bedroom is an excellent size, hosting a double bed,  along with an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom comes with a double bed  with clothes rail  and a bedside table. The third bedroom comes with a single bed and a bedside table with a lamp .The living area comes with 2 single hotel grade fold up beds to sleep 2 people. This apartment also has another modern bathroom providing a bath with an overhead shower and a toilet. The ground floor has an extra toilet with a hand basin.
